About the Role:
A leading custom cabinetry manufacturer in the Coachella Valley is hiring a Responsible Managing Employee (RME) with a valid C-6 Cabinet, Millwork, and Finish Carpentry License. This position offers a stable, well-supported opportunity for a licensed professional to take on a supervisory leadership role and help guide the business through its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the company’s qualifier with the CSLB under the C-6 classification.
• Supervise cabinet fabrication, finishing, and installation projects.
• Ensure quality control, job site safety, and CSLB/code compliance.
• Mentor and support company leadership on technical and regulatory matters.
• Maintain license compliance and sign off on qualifying experience as required by CSLB regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Holds an active California C-6 contractor license in good standing.
• Experience supervising teams or serving in an RME or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of CSLB rules, construction best practices, and permitting.
• Dependable, communicative, and professional.
• Willing to commit to a minimum 2-year term and assist with CSLB experience verification.
