About the Position:

Hiring a Senior Estimator responsible for all aspects of federal procurement for general construction, design-assist construction, and complete design-build construction. The Senior Estimator is responsible for all aspects of pre-construction activities, including developing internal and external cost estimates, coordinating with design partners when required, and producing successful final price proposals for review.

This position will be remote, with approximately 25% travel, including overnight stays.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• 5+ years of engineering and construction-related experience producing effective construction estimates
• Experience managing an estimating department or team for at least 3 years
• Experience in federal and Department of Defense projects required
• Demonstrated working knowledge of OSHA, Federal, and State Safety regulations
• Demonstrated ability to manage estimates from development to project closure
