About the Position:

Hiring for a Senior Preconstruction Estimator is responsible for producing estimates for electrical power, lighting and low voltage electrical systems. This position requires you to be adept with vendor pricing on specialty materials, equipment & systems, assigning material & labor values to take-offs, assisting in lead estimate reviews, forecast, subcontractor & vendor scope as well as pricing reviews.

Requirements:

• 10 + years of experience in estimating electrical construction projects
• An electrical Engineering Degree from an accredited College or University is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in electrical power and lighting
• Experience in hard-bid contract work as well as conceptual estimating
