The Senior Preconstruction Manager will oversee preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, estimating, and planning, to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. Description Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering. Collaborate with project teams to develop and review project scopes, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for construction projects. Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate potential challenges. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and company policies. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
