The Vice President of Operations oversees field operations, project delivery, safety, and performance across multiple job sites, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations. Profile Proven leadership experience overseeing large-scale utility construction operations, with a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget Strong operational and strategic mindset, with the ability to drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across multiple job sites Deep knowledge of utility construction (e.g., electric, gas, telecom, water) and associated regulatory and safety requirements Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams, from field crews to senior management Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and operational performance Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in fast-paced, high-risk environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, regulators, and internal leadership Results-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability Experience implementing and improving operational processes, systems, and technologies High level of integrity and commitment to safety, quality, and company values Job Offer Competitive salary range depending upon experience.
