Senior Siding Installer / Cut Guy / Crew Lead

Trade Wize is looking for experienced siding professionals who want more than a typical siding job.

This is the top skilled field role in our Siding Division. The right person can lead a siding jobsite, make accurate cuts, keep production moving, help organize the crew, and bring less-experienced workers along.

This is not just a labor role. It is a field leadership opportunity inside the Trade Wize network, with more flexibility, autonomy, earning potential, and growth opportunity than the traditional siding company model.

We are open to both:

An experienced senior installer or cut guy ready to step into more responsibility

A crew lead who already has a crew and wants access to steady work, better systems, and growth opportunity

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead siding execution on active job sites

Serve as the experienced field lead for siding installation work

Make accurate cuts and support high-quality production

Help organize daily jobsite workflow and keep the crew moving

Train and develop installers, apprentices, and newer workers

Help workers grow into installer, cut guy, or site lead roles

Use the Trade Wize platform for job information, training, scheduling, and field workflow

Provide feedback on job flow, materials, training, and system improvements

Help grow the Trade Wize network through referrals and on-site development

Model the right culture: teamwork, teaching, accountability, and no old-school crew politics

Experienced siding professional

Strong installer, cut guy, or crew lead background

Able to lead a jobsite or grow into a site lead role quickly

Understands quality, production, layout, cuts, and crew flow

Can teach others, not just do the work personally

Comfortable working with a more modern, platform-enabled model

Reliable, accountable, and professional on the jobsite

Interested in helping build something bigger than a traditional crew model

This is not a traditional crew model. The right people will have more autonomy, more flexibility, and more control over their path. You can select jobs, accelerate your career, make more money as your skill and leadership grow, and create additional income by referring other good workers into the network.

Trade Wize also covers liability insurance, helping remove one of the common barriers for skilled workers and crews.

PAY

$32.50 to $45.00 per hour equivalent or better, based on ability, experience, leadership, crew capacity, and performance.

Expected hours: 30–60 hours per week

REFERRAL EARNINGS

Trade Wize rewards people who help grow the network.

When you refer a qualified worker who joins the network and starts working, you can earn $50 per referral per month, month after month, as long as both you and the referred worker remain active and working through the Trade Wize network.

The more good people you help bring in, the more your monthly earning potential can grow.
