Job Description
The Senior Site Manager is the on-site leader responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful execution of EPC construction projects. This role provides overall field leadership and serves as the primary site representative for Schneider Electric, overseeing subcontractor performance, site logistics, quality assurance, schedule execution, client coordination, and safety compliance. The Senior Site Manager works in close partnership with Project Managers, subcontractors, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements. This position requires a strong construction background, leadership capabilities, and the ability to proactively resolve site challenges while maintaining positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
