Pre-Demolition Site Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Demolition Site Coordinator to manage the critical planning phase before demolition begins. This role is responsible for coordinating site assessments, installing erosion control, cut and capping sewer line, connecting water service, and communicating different phases with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct predemolition site inspections and hazard assessments
Manage predemolition checklists and documentation
Support project managers with scheduling and logistics
Maintain accurate records and reports throughout the predemolition phase
Install erosion control, sewer cut and capping, connecting water service, and other duties as deemed necessary
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in construction, demolition, environmental compliance, or a related field
Strong understanding of demolition processes and regulatory requirements
Excellent organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
