Roberts Properties is seeking a single-family construction superintendent for an exciting career opportunity building 3 custom homes in Alpharetta, Georgia. This position includes a competitive salary and a very generous merit-based bonus package. Well-qualified candidates will have 5 years of customer single-family experience and a four-year degree in Construction Science or a related major. Responsibilities will include managing subcontractors on-site to ensure the quality and accuracy of work per the construction drawings and maintaining a safe and clean construction site. Strong candidates will possess the skills to create and implement a construction schedule. This individual will also exhibit the ability to interact with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors in order to deliver a superior-quality product
