About the Position:
We are looking for a Senior Director - Fleet Performance Engineering (Wind / Solar) responsible for leading/managing projects including legacy wind, standalone BESS, AC, and DC coupled BESS, PV, and 1 SEGS (Solar Energy Generating System). Interface with the finance team for project metrics and work with vendors to solve engineering problems related to performance. Manage an initial team of 3 performance engineers.
Requirements:
Engineering degree
10-15+ years’ engineering experience in performance engineering, asset management, resource assessment, or development
