Our client is a newly acquired portfolio company of an internationally recognized Private Equity Firm with $15+ Billion AUM. The PE Firm is injecting $500+ Million in investment towards this utility scale wind / solar developer (USA Focus) and looking to hire the #1 leader within their Project Finance / M&A division.

Hiring for a Sr. Director - Renewable M&A (Project Finance / Tax Equity)

Position Requirements:


• Individual who has worked within a utility scale renewable developer / IPP, or who has participated in the acquisition / M&A of renewable energy projects and associated financing (i.e. Infrastructure Fund, developer, or similar).
• Ideal candidate will have been the leader in charge of M&A process from beginning to end on numerous (successful) project acquisitions and financings.
• Must have leadership experience that includes managing minimally 2 direct reports previously
• Minimum of 15+ years work history with the last 3+ years committed to wind and solar project financing and M&A efforts. Must have quantifiable and proven history of Project Finance, Tax Equity, and overall project acquisition.
• Must have robust experience as a player / coach and capable of handling and managing deal origination, due-diligence, financial modeling, negotiation of documentation, and knowledge of industry players to include other developers and capital markets.
