Adecco is hiring for Structural Assemblers for a manufacturer in Peabody! These are temp to perm opportunities.
1st shift schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm 2nd shift schedule: Monday-Thursday 230pm-1am Pay rate: 1st shift - $23-25 per hour, 2nd shift - $26-27 per hour Key Responsibilities- Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Analyze engineering blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to determine the exact layout and assembly sequence.
- Assembly & Fabrication: Position, align, and fit structural parts together using jigs, fixtures, and hoists.
- Fastening & Fitting: Secure parts using structural adhesives or fasteners like rivets, bolts, and screws.
- Precision Finishing: Cut, trim, drill, ream, and deburr components to achieve highly precise fits and clearances.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test assembled units using measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Safety & Environment: Maintain a clean, FOD-free (Foreign Object Debris) workspace and strictly adhere to industry safety protocols.
Typical Qualifications- Education: A High school diploma or GED is generally required. Technical or trade school certifications in airframe assembly, mechanics, or electronics are advantageous.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in mechanical or structural assembly, ideally working with pneumatic tools and blueprints.
- Hard Skills: Proficiency with pneumatic drills, riveting guns, and shop machinery, combined with a strong understanding of tolerances and geometry.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
