Structural Steel Fabrication Manager

Required to have 5+ years working directly for a structural steel fabrication company. Steel Construction and United States candidates only.

Summary

Responsible for managing projects for small to large, often complex steel construction projects.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and understanding construction plans, documents, specifications and contracts
Planning, organizing, and controlling large commercial building projects
Reviews and understands bid documents, including all specifications and scope of work.
Tekla EPM and/or Excel templates (or similar software experience)
Reviewing and understanding construction plans, documents, specifications and contracts
Planning, organizing, and controlling large commercial building projects
Communicating with vendors, general contractors, architects, engineers, detailers, etc.

Compensation/Benefits

Salary is negotiable $100-150K, bonus, relocation assistance, company vehicle, medical, dental and retirement.
