Job Title:Superintendent

Main Areas of Responsibility

Help ensure quality control and site safety through inspections and equipment training. They may also communicate with construction laborers and foremen at the site and with off-site upper management, such as the senior project manager.

Additional Areas of Responsibility

• Managing contractors, such as drywall, framing carpenters, and masonry.
• Coordinating materials and equipment deliveries Superintendent with vendors and suppliers
• Creating cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs
• Developing overall project and weekly work schedules for workers.
• Maintaining a daily log for the job site's operations, including personnel and equipment
• Conducting daily site inspections for quality assurance.
• Leading safety meetings and performing safety checks to reduce the risk of workplace accidents and injuries
• Updating project managers about site progress.
• Remaining informed about the latest building codes and construction safety standards

Other Information/Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the Construction Industry, 5 or more years of Superintendent experience, Drywall, Stucco, and Metal Stud Framing.
