Ten year, $100 million dollar commercial GC looking for construction superintendents. Experience in commercial construction a must. Ideally 2+ years remodeling of skilled nursing/retirement facilities, along with 5+ years of commercial construction/remodeling as super-PM. Should be ready to start within 7 days.

Responsible for:

• Production
• Scheduling
• Supervision, project, schedule, sub-contractors

• Daily oversight of entire construction job site
• Supervise all sub-contractors on assigned projects
• Assure work quality meets expectations
• Assure sub-contractors have all materials needed to keep production flowing
• Receive material deliveries and assure there are no discrepancies

Abilities, skills required:
• Experience in commercial

• Previous project management is preferred.
• Ability in problem-solving
• Strong sense of urgency
• Professional with a positive attitude!
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Computer Literate and general office skills
• OSHA safety trained

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Required:

Valid DL, reliable transportation, good driving record, able to pass normal pre-employment testing, including background check. Ability to climb ladders, be in tight spaces, work full-time, including possible nights or weekends as needed.
