We are looking for someone to join our Operations Department that has a basis of knowledge in the Painting or Construction Industry. This Superintendent will support the Painters and overall field operation of our business.

Annual Salary: 70K - 85K

Responsibilities:

Scheduling field employees daily, often multiple different jobs daily 
Directly coordinate with field employees with daily tasks/issues 
Booking hotel rooms for out of town jobs 
Assist with ordering of paint and supplies 
Use on-line portals to coordinate lifts and other equipment
Deliver supplies to jobsites if needed
Organize schedule with production team 
Monitor and manage timecards via timecard app
Verify time sheets
Communicate with Painters daily 
Monitor and maintain inventory of perishables items

This position requires:

Competent with computer, phones, texting, e-mail, copier and office technology
Detail oriented
Organized individual
Possess a sense of urgency
Works well under pressure 
Experience / knowledge of construction process and skilled trades operations helpful
