Description Manage day-to-day on-site activities to ensure construction projects are completed safely and efficiently. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite labor teams. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address challenges and find solutions. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, logs, and reports. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials on-site. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
