They are currently looking for more growth in the retail space hence is why they are hiring for a superintendent with experience in this sector. Description Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met Ability to predict and overcome project challenges Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work Maintain OSHA requirements Mentor less experienced construction professionals Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors Utilize Procore Profile Ground Up Commercial construction Project Experience Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors Ability to create strong relationships with clients Job Offer Competitive salary along with a strong bonus structure.
