About the Position:

Hiring for a Superintendent responsible for the construction of federal projects – USACE, NAVFAC, etc.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of prior experience serving as a lead superintendent
• Previous federal project experience with GSA, NAVFAC, Army Corps, GSA, or DOD a plus
• Heavy renovations also a plus
• Ability to build multiple buildings concurrently with complete interior demo/fit-out.
• Project experience with a value greater than $25M or so.
