Are you a Foreman ready to lead across multiple projects - or a Superintendent looking for a company that has a solid, multi-year backlog? We're hiring a Project Superintendent to run field operations for a well-established, high-volume commercial door, frame, and hardware (DFH) contractor in Southern California. Union and non-union background are both welcomed.

This is a chance to take ownership of a portfolio of major commercial projects - high-end multifamily, hospitals, and other complex builds - and directly shape how the field performs. If you know how to run crews, hit labor targets, and develop the leaders under you, this role is built for someone ready to step up.

What You'll Do

Labor & Financial Management

• Strategically schedule labor across multiple active projects - what crews go where, and when
• Monitor labor cost reports and respond before small issues become budget problems
• Own project financials, especially on larger-scope jobs where cost discipline makes the biggest difference

Field Leadership

• Be on job sites 3-4 days per week, plus as issues arise
• Walk jobs to assess progress against cost and labor spend
• Catch and resolve installation quality issues early
• Set and track project milestones

Team Development

• Oversee all Foremen and their crews across your project portfolio
• Mentor Foremen - not just on the trade, but on how to lead people
• Build a culture of accountability and problem-solving

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent on commercial DFH/ division 8 projects valued at $1M or more
• Experience with large-scale, high-volume installations preferred
• Proven ability to build labor schedules and hit milestones
• Comfortable using scheduling and reporting apps daily
