We're actively targeting experienced NYC Construction Superintendents who have successfully run commercial interiors, retail buildouts, or high-end renovation projects from the field. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to control a jobsite, keep trades moving, and deliver projects in fast-paced NYC environments. Client Details Our client is a fast-growing NYC-based General Contractor and Construction Manager delivering commercial, retail, and high-end interior projects. With a strong pipeline of work across Manhattan and the boroughs, they focus on execution, field leadership, and building teams that can take ownership of complex jobs. Profile A successful Superintendent should have: 5-12+ years as a Construction Superintendent / Field Superintendent in NYC Experience with commercial interiors, retail construction, tenant fit-outs, or renovations Strong ability to manage subcontractors, jobsite logistics, and scheduling Background in fast-track construction environments Knowledge of NYC construction regulations, DOB filings, inspections, and permits Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software OSHA-30 required; SST Supervisor or DOB certifications strongly preferred Job Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $130000 to $160000 USD.
