Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations for assigned industrial construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trade partners, and site personnel to maintain productivity and project milestones
• Develop and manage project sequencing, look-ahead schedules, and daily work plans to ensure timely execution
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture onsite
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to support accurate field execution
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, and client representatives to align project goals and resolve issues
• Oversee jobsite logistics including material deliveries, equipment coordination, site access, and staging activities
• Monitor field progress and provide regular updates related to schedule performance, manpower, production, and site conditions
• Identify and resolve field challenges, coordination conflicts, and constructability concerns before impacting project delivery
• Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards throughout all phases of construction execution
• Support project closeout activities including punch lists, inspections, and turnover documentation

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with industrial, manufacturing, heavy commercial, or large-scale construction projects preferred
• Demonstrated success managing traveling or out-of-state construction projects
• Strong knowledge of structural, civil, and MEP systems coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules
• Excellent leadership, communication, and field decision-making skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, as the majority of projects are located out of state
