Lead field execution for large-scale, mission critical data center projects. Manage all site operations including safety, schedule, quality, and logistics. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Drive schedule certainty on fast-track, multi-phase builds. Ensure compliance with safety programs and quality standards. Act as the primary on-site representative with clients and inspectors. Mentor and develop Superintendents and field staff.

• +/- 12-15 years of construction industry experience
• Demonstrated history of successfully managing mission critical/data center projects
• General Contracting background
• Deep knowledge of MEP-intensive construction and critical systems
• Ability to lead multiple subcontractor trades in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
• Willingness to travel extensively based on project needs

• Extremely competitive base salary - $170k - $210k
• Additional 10% added to base salary for all traveling positions
• $195/day per diem
• Monthly vehicle allowance ($500-$1,000)
