We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee our construction projects throughout the southeast United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Serve as the primary interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to project plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial/retail construction or related fields is essential.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across the southeast U.S.
