About the Position:

Hiring a Vice President of Estimating responsible for overseeing all aspects of the estimate (conceptual, hard pricing, or bidding), including reviewing construction/bid documents, approving qualified subcontractors to participate in pricing, overseeing necessary RFIs, qualifying subcontractors who can carry out the work, consulting with subcontractors and internal management on constructability considerations in order to prepare an accurate pricing/bid proposal, quantify cost per division, preparing a schedule (with consideration to lead times) and preparing a complete package for submission to the customer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education, training in construction management, construction engineering, or other engineering discipline
• 5+ years of estimating experience as lead estimator for projects that include CSA trades and complex mechanical, electrical, and low voltage systems
• 10+ years of management experience
• Data center experience.
