About the Position:
Directly manage hourly employees while providing support and development. Manage a clean and safe work environment. Provides ongoing, timely feedback and periodic formal performance evaluations, per company guidelines. Meet daily deadlines and shipping and receiving goals. Administer Distribution Center policies in a firm, fair and consistent manner. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Performs other similar and related duties as required.
Requirements:
• Associate Degree in business or related or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
