*D.R. Horton, Inc.*is currently looking for an*_Area Manager- Title_*. The right candidate will effectively lead area branches and personnel to provide excellent customer service, ensure proper company culture and achieve company objectives.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Recruit, train, evaluate and motivate Branch Managers and branch personnel
* Ensure each branch and teammate provides excellent customer service and maintaining capture rate and customer service goals as established
* Develop and maintain relationships with the Homebuilder and Mortgage teams
* Be involved in the growth and development of area teammates, including relevant training
* Monitor branch performance to ensure quality and compliance with all relevant procedures
* Be familiar with relevant state-specific rules and requirements (attend education events, etc.)
* Continually evaluate processes to drive efficiency and reduce cost per loan
* Partner with national leadership on company process changes and company initiatives
* Provide back-up and support to Escrow Branch Managers & Branch Operations Managers
* Serve on corporate committees as assigned
* Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

*Supervisory Responsibilities*
* Supervises 2 or more employees
*Education and/or Experience*
* Bachelors degree or equivalent
* Five years of escrow/title agency experience
* Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license
* Ability to apply to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
* Proficiency with DHIT systems including Outlook and Softpro
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
* Proficiency with MS Office and email
* Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
* The noise level is generally moderate

*Preferred Qualifications*
* 2 years as DHI Title Branch Manager preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
