*D.R. Horton, Inc.*is currently looking for an*_Assistant Closing Manager_*for their Closing Department. The annual salary and compensation package for this position is $75k - $85k commensurate with experience.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Prepares closing packages, reviews HUD-1s and funds loans
* Communicate daily with title companies to ensure timely closings
* Full audits of purchase contracts
* Determine deficiencies within the purchase agreements
* Send deficiencies emails and follow through to ensure deficiencies are completed
* Runs weekly backlog update meeting and updates JDE
* Inputs new sales releases into JDE
* Prepares terms to title (seller instructions)
* Approves files are clear to close ensuring all deficiencies are met
* Prepares government documents for FHA/VA loans
* Inputs weekly community traffic
* Works with the sales team for contract verbiage
* Manage earnest money deposits
* Tracks and sends non-performance letters
* Manage daily closing pipeline report
* Monitor pipeline reports
* Post closing outstanding issues
* Back-up for Manager when on vacation
*Education and/or Experience / /*
* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Resale/Transaction coordinator experience preferred
* Title experience preferred
* New homebuilding experience preferred
