The Big Picture:

Mortenson is currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator to join the Mortenson family. The Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator responsible for supporting the Human Resources Service Center team, including providing administrative support and provide excellent customer service to internal customers as it relates to HR Operations.

What will you be doing?

*Communicate with HR team through a various communication methods, phone calls, emails, faxes, mail and voice messages
*Conduct data entry, support and maintenance for personnel changes including employment status and benefit enrollment
*Provide support for drug screens through Mortenson's Drug and Alcohol-Free program
*Administrative support for benefits for Craft and Non-Craft team members, including during Open Enrollment
*Administrative support for hiring and new hire paperwork for Craft, Intern and Non-Craft team members
*Complete and maintain Motor Vehicle Report and Driver Qualification files
*Assist the HRIS Analyst with testing when system modifications occur
*Assist team member with relocation

Education and Experience Requirements:

*High school diploma or GED required
*Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
*Fluent in English & Spanish

This position requires the following with or without an accommodation, sitting, seeing, hearing, and utilization of a computer and office equipment.

The working environment consists of indoor and climate-controlled settings.
