*D.R. Horton, Inc.*is currently looking for a*_Branch Supervisor_*. The right candidate will Oversee office management, business development, the origination of loans, and relationship management with customers and clients.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Develop relationships with sales representatives and others in builder communities. Make presentations on loan products in sales meetings and with sales staff in builder communities
* Follow-up, for business development, with visitor/lead cards of buyers who did not purchase company homes
* Educate and train potential business sources (captive and non-captive) via sales presentations
* Prepare prospective applicants for the initial loan application meeting. Obtain all required signatures on the Loan Application
* Submit file through the Automated Underwriting system without over-documenting the file
* Review all documentation provided by borrower, check for accuracy, and address any discrepancies
* Motivate the staff to manage individual pipelines proactively, not reactively
* Responsible for understanding, utilizing, and promoting technology initiatives
* Read the QC manual and policies as well as all updates in a timely manner and attend scheduled QC training. Respond to all QC audits within the required timeframe. Use these audits in staff training if improvement is needed
* Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
* Able to work overtime
* Able to travel overnight
* Attend production/staff meetings
* Provide weekend coverage in builder communities and grand opening functions
* Meet with the Branch Manager/Regional Manager on a quarterly basis to review the marketing plan and results
* Conduct required Information Security Management/Program audits annually (and, if necessary, quarterly)
* Infrequently assist in resolving post-closing/funding problems
*Supervisory Responsibilities*
* Supervises 1 employee
*Required Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
* One to two years of related experience and/or training
* Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license
* Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
* Proficiency with MS Office and email
* Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
* The noise level is generally moderate

* Strong communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
* Bilingual preferred
