Business Operations Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
Working under direct supervision, provides routine day-to-day business operations and technology support to multiple lines of business in an office. Responsible for processing and managing requests for all hardware, software and system access related to onboarding, offboarding, and end user support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes and manages all hardware, software and system access requests related to onboarding, offboarding, and equipment lifecycle
Supports hiring managers during onboarding and offboarding process
Primary contact for end user equipment, systems ordering, and system access
Provides basic end user support for all technology applications and systems
Monitors, manages, and audits technology asset inventory
Monitors monthly expenses related to our technology scope
Develops and manages supporting documentation and quick reference guides related to technology hardware, software and system access
Supports deployments, migrations, and implementations of new technology systems
Interacts with internal customers, acting as a liaison between business owners and technology
Works closely with Business Operations Analyst on a variety of activities that support the operational administration of the account
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
College/University degree from an accredited educational institution in the business field is preferred.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
