Parsons is seeking a C3BM Test Analyst. This position supports Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) test support efforts include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.


  • Test analyst tasking includes participation in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation.
  • Collaboration with MDA/DTG, SEF, SEG, and other Missile Defense System (MDS) stakeholders is required to prepare technical input in engineering meetings, present engineering product development updates, provide analysis and failure review summaries, and make system recommendations to address C3BM test objectives.
  • Prepare minutes, and track actions to closure.
  • Coordinate development of Ground Test (GT) Test Objective (TO) Memo System Under Test (SUT) and Developmental System Under Test (DSUT) objectives to develop C3BM data requirements, assess Change Request impacts, and perform system assessments to support C2BMC and BOA Operational Capacity Baseline/Technical Capability Declaration (OCB/TCD) decisions to Combatant Commands (CCMDs).
  • Coordinate GT Requirements Allocation, Integrated Master Assessment Plan (IMAP) development of Assessment Requirements including the Assessment Configuration Sheet (ACS), Critical Assessment Conditions (CACs), Key Test Parameters (KTPs), Assessment Plans(APs), Assessment Execution Plans (AXPs), and Scenario/Test Case design (including review of Scenario Design Review (SDR) packages, assessment of scenario descriptions and associated test cases; architectures, and KTP allocations) for each ground test campaign.
  • Support the Campaign Level Defense Design (CLDD), interface with other MDA three-letters, C2BMC National Team, MDS Elements, and other stakeholders. Verify GT processes and products are consistent with MDS documentation.
  • Provide review and input to internal C3BM Engineering process and work products.


  • BA or BS Degree
  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Familiarity with MDA, MDS, Sensors that support C2BMC, the C3BM Program Office, and/or military experience
  • Familiarity with MDA testing procedures and requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills required
  • Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
