Come be involved with high profile Indianapolis Bus Rapid Transit Projects, Indiana Department of Transportation Projects, and projects for numerous growing communities in the State of Indiana.  You will also have the opportunity to learn the management of right of way acquisition services from an experienced Right of Way Manager with over 20 years in the industry.
 
At WSP, our Right of Way Services Group is growing and are looking for driven individuals to help us continue to provide quality right of way services to our list of great clients.  Our Right of Way Services Group also provides assistance to other WSP offices throughout the United States.
 
WSP is currently initiating a search for a CADD Designer/Right of Way Engineering Technician for our Indianapolis, IN office.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
·Prepare Parcel Plats and Final Right of Way Plans.
·Prepare Right of Way engineering documentation
·Performs tasks of higher complexity
·Learn and maintain established CAD system
·Redesigns, modifies, or otherwise edits existing design

Requirements

<div>Minimum Qualifications:</div> <div>•A minimum of 5 year of CADD design/operation experience</div> <div class="O0">·Experience in AutoCAD/Civil 3D/Microstation</div> <div class="O0">·Basic knowledge of survey principles</div> <div class="O0">·Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced project environment</div> <div class="O0">·Ability to work in this country</div> <div class="O0">·High school diploma</div> <div> </div> <div>Preferred Qualifications</div> <div class="O0">·Two years specialized technical drafting, math, and computer training</div> <div class="O0">·Understanding of the composition of a real estate legal description</div> <div> </div> <div>About WSP USA</div> <div> </div> <div>WSP USA is the U.S. operating company of one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms.
