About the Position:

Seeking to hire a Chief Financial Officer to provide expert financial advice, direction and council to the company. The ideal CFO candidate will lead financial planning and accounting practices, provide extensive construction Industry expertise to the business and strategically lead initiatives such as acquisitions, due diligence, continuous improvement and best practices.

Requirements:

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years heavy equipment and/or construction industry accounting experience.

At least a 4-year Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.

Extensive financial experience in the role of CFO or a similar role at other related firms.

Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
