About the Position:

Hiring for a Chief/Lead Estimator responsible for assisting the Project Team throughout bid processes by managing and coordinating all incoming bid information while learning how to manage, coordinate, and prepare detailed pricing for individual disciplines of larger projects up to detailed estimates for smaller projects in a timely manner.

Requirements:


5+ years of experience as a builder with a General Contractor or Subcontractor.
Bachelors degree in construction-related field is required.
Design-build experience preferred.
