About the Position:

Hiring a Chief Operations Officer to lead and develop a team of Construction Project Managers and Superintendents. They will manage, motivate, and hold accountable the team to deliver the vision and strategic plan of the organization. Other responsibilities include forecasting job pipelines and developing and maintaining solid relationships with employees, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Requirements:


Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
10+ years of construction experience, specifically in projects ranging from $1-20M
10+ years experience in managing people and projects, prior experience as a Director of Field Operations
Experience with Microsoft Project or P6, ProCore, and Foundation Accounting Software.
PM certification IPMA C or PMP and LEED AP accreditation is preferred
