The Construction Field Manager is an entry level position that will be responsible for the day to day execution of assigned projects. Specifically, they will conduct assessments, day one walks with vendors, conduct progress visits, and conduct Quality Control assessment prior to project completion. The Construction Field Manager will report directly to the Senior Construction Field Manager or the Area Operations Manager as assigned by the VP of Construction Ops. 



  • Work in conjunction with Senior Construction Field Manager to create a self-development program
  • Using the mobile assessment app, conduct in-home assessments and interface with specialist vendors to facilitate the scoping process for our clients.
  • Create initial repair and renovation scopes adhering to quality and pricing standards to aid clients in determining renovation costs on home acquisitions.
  • Support the market Team Lead in all aspects of repair and renovation by collaborating with other market stakeholders to align goals and meet company objectives.
  • Manage the execution of repair and renovation scopes to ensure the cost-effective and timely delivery of safe and desirable homes.
  • Manage a diverse set of local contractors and vendors to execute renovation scopes and ensure compliance with national and local purchasing programs.
  • Ensure that all homes meet quality standards prior to project sign off and listing.
  • Travel requirements: Travel Expected: up to [5%] of the time

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Four-year Construction Science/Engineering degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in engineering, project management or construction management
  • Knowledge of basic home maintenance required
  • 1-2 years business experience required, including 1 or more years of independent project management experience in large scale or volume residential (single or multifamily) property maintenance, renovations, or new construction
