Solutions by Simmons is a luxury home remodel and repair project management firm servicing the Westside areas of Malibu, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and Marina Del Rey. Our company oversees high-end projects to insure work is performed efficiently, on budget, and to exacting standards for our particular A-list clientele. We are seeking one to two new members for our senior construction team who will report directly to our director. The successful candidate should have knowledge of carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing and/or water mitigation, and be able to work within a team setting, communicate respectfully and effectively with junior staff as well as clientele, and, above all, have a great work ethic. We like to get things done well, and we want like-minded people to joint our growing and lucrative organization.
Our founder is a former US Navy combat veteran and preference will be given to former or active military.
Wages will be hourly for the first three months and will start at $25-35/hr depending on skill level and experience. At that time, a salaried position will be offered for a good match.
Authorized to work in US
Experience in carpentry, general construction; plumbing/electrical/drywall a plus
Initial period will be hourly and then salaried FT position will be available
Job sites throughout West Los Angeles, must have reliable transportation
3-5 years of experience minimum
Preference given to US Veterans and/or active duty
