Starting at $35/HR, with the potential to earn performance-based bonuses.

The position will require the following skill-set:

• Must be willing to work 40+ hours a week
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Good communication skills, organized, and punctual
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Able to drive trucks, trailers, and heavy machinery
• Organize and run job sites and crew
• Oversee, manage, direct, and educate crew members in necessary skill sets
• Finish carpentry skills
• Post frame construction skills
• Setting posts and trusses
• Roofing
• Working on scaffolding and scissor lifts
• Construction management position experience of 4+ years
