WSP is currently initiating a search for a Construction Inspector WSP in our Tempe, Arizona office, for various transportation construction projects throughout the State of Arizona.  Assignments vary from small municipal projects to large multimillion-dollar highway, airport, and light rail projects.  Projects are in the metro areas and in the remote areas Arizona.  Potential to see the entire state.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Review staff diaries and back check quantities.
•Daily interaction with contractor foreman and supervisors.
•Read and interpret project plans and specifications, monitor and document contractor activities for compliance with project documents.
•On site material soils, concrete, asphaltic concrete inspection including measuring, calculating, and documenting quantities of installed materials in accordance with client policies and procedures.
