As a Construction Intern working for Taylor Morrison you will be in a constant mode of training and learning. This is a great opportunity to introduce you to homebuilding, an exciting industry to be in. You will be assigned to a team member that will provide you leadership and help you learn the homebuilding process.

About you:
- You have at a minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
- You are a quick learner
- You want to learn and grow in the Homebuilding industry
- You are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills
- You are a strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skills
- You are customer service oriented and believe customer is number one priority
- You understand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Will have responsibilities such as:
- This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
