Required Education and Experience:
Accredited construction management degree or significant class participation
with one year of field experience or five years of field experience with a minimum of two years as a Project Manager.

Minimum Skills:
- committed to effectively providing customer service in all potential situations (even with extremely difficult customers)
- able to manage, push and lead workers to maintaining a committed schedule and quality of construction requirements at all times
- able to receive and evaluate critical executive management feedback
- always punctual and organized - able to navigate e-calendar appointments and scheduling
- able to read and understand all types of common blue prints and construction documents related to common construction and trades
- effective email and basic electronic communication platforms
- understand basic excel spreadsheets- basic budgeting and accounting
- understanding of construction costs and bid processes.
