Construction Superintendent

Berry & Clay Construction Managers is currently seeking a Project Superintendent to join our team in the Austin, Bartlett, Granger Texas areas. The Superintendent shall oversee all site responsibilities to complete the project within the specified contract duration.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Timely submittal of logs, reports, invoices, timecards, etc.
- Review of submittals, dimensions & constructability.
- Project planning and scheduling procedures with the company's scheduling software.
- Organization, distribution, filing and tracking of documents related to the project.
- Planning/supervising craft activities including method of construction, efficient manpower levels, material quantities, equipment/equipment inventory, temporary facilities, work schedules, documenting man-hours.
- Adherence to company safety guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous construction experience with commercial construction.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and able to operate a computer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Valid Texas Driver's license and meet company's auto insurability requirements.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Works well without close supervision.
