Community Housing Partners is a regional, not-for profit housing and community development corporation serving communities in Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Maryland. Our primary business is the preservation and construction of green, sustainable, affordable single- and multi-family housing. The Construction Superintendent position oversees a construction project from the field to ensure the on-time and on-budget completion of each multifamily project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years' experience as a multifamily superintendent. Works closely with subcontractors, engineers, architects, the Director of Construction, and other stakeholders to ensure expected quality, budget, site safety, and timelines are met. Responsible for maintaining project timelines. Must have a high degree of reliability, ability to work independently, inspire trust, and work well with others without conflict. Must be willing and able to travel by car to construction projects in various parts of the state of Virginia. Salary range $90-$105K annually.
