*D.R. Horton, Inc.*is currently looking for a*_Contracts Administrator_*. The right candidate will serve as a subject matter expert as it relates to the facilitation and management of the DHIFS third party contracts review and approval process. This individual will report to the DHIM Compliance Manager, however will work as a liaison between multiple levels of company leadership, the corporate legal team, as well as to current and prospective vendors.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage and provide oversight on all DHIFS contractual agreement reviews
Initiate, schedule, facilitate conference calls and meetings between DHIFS management, process owners, legal counsel and/or prospective vendors
Review prospective vendor contracts and identify material data points to be considered as part of DHIFSs approval of said contracts
Draft contract updates/amendments for prospective vendors as necessary
Assist in the prioritization, tracking and reporting of the status for all current contracts under review and proposed contracts under consideration
Communicate and actively support managers, supervisors and other analysts while coordinating with team members to determine the proper course of action
Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Ability to work overtime
Ability to travel periodically
Stay current with industry trends and maintain general knowledge of regulatory requirements associated with information security
Understand DHIFS business processes and the associated supporting technology to recommend necessary changes

*Required Qualifications*
* Bachelors Degree from a four-year university or college
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DRH applications
* Proficiency with MS Office and email
* Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance, color vision and peripheral vision
* The noise level is generally moderate
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Mortgage operations experience preferred, but not required
* Contract Management and/or 5 plus years paralegal experience preferred
* Fundamental understanding of financial services functions
* Excellent communication / organizational skills
