About the Position:

Hiring a Corporate Counsel responsible for providing legal expertise and advice to senior management to ensure essential business practices and results, minimize corporate risk, and maximize opportunities for operational project efficiencies. This position will primarily promote contract compliance and risk management within the Virginia operations teams and further advise on overall platform risk management for the company.

Requirements:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Barred in VA, DC, or MD
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing attorney in Construction law or related field
