In this position, you will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment / talent acquisition for regular, temporary, full-time, or part-time staffing , for positions within our company.  This position is an integral part of the Rosendin Human Resources team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  2. Participating in developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
  3. Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
  4. Be proactive in networking, cold calling, and “deep diving” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets.
  5. Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors.
  6. Manages college recruitment program initiatives from coordinating events to attending events as a Company representative.
  7. Manages job postings and announcements, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc.
  8. Maintains applicant files in line with company policies and government regulations. Retains records in line with company record retention requirements. Considerable filing, faxing, copying, distribution of materials, etc.
  9. Develop relationships and create new relationships with recruiting contacts in the community.
  10. Create and maintain statistical and/or compliance reporting.
  11. Assist in the immigration process (H1-B).
  12. The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the positions role within the business unit.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline . Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Additional HR certifications a plus (PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Minimum 3 year’s recruitment experience
  • Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; (Taleo Preferred)
  • Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalen t

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :

  • Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills 
  • High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation
  • Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills;
  • Attention to detail is a must; strong analytical skills favored
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
  • Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

TRAVEL :

  • 20%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
  • Noise level is usually low to medium
  • Occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs.
