*D.R. Horton, Inc.*is currently looking for a*_Corporate Training Coordinator_*. The right candidate will perform administrative, technical and event support for classroom, webinar and onsite training as applicable. Assist with the organization, distribution and access of curriculum material and training job aids. Assist with pre- and post-training planning and assessment.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Provide administrative, technical and event coordination for multi-day onsite training programs, webinars, on-demand videos, and regulatory training, i.e.:
o New Hire Orientation - onsite & webinar
o DHIM Core - onsite
o Mortgage Mastery & Mortgage 101 - onsite
o Process Change Training - onsite & webinar
o Software and Technical System Training - onsite & webinar
o Regulatory Lessons - via RegU
o On-Demand Video Training - recorded onsite
* Aid in the printing, organization, and delivery of curriculum, agenda, and other materials need for training events
* Execute various event planning duties, such as: arranging, catering, pre-training room preparation, setting up coffee, water, and snack stations, setting up lunch, post-training room cleanup and training supply ordering and maintenance
* Edit, send and track corporate communication, such as announcements and bulletins, sent to the various departments impacted by organizational change
* Maintain the organization of the Training SharePoint Site and "G" drive, and support the department by posting and archiving content
* Setup training events and track attendance using the various Learning Management Systems, such as eLogic's Training Tracker, Absorb, FIS Global's Regulatory University, Skype for Business, Zoom, MS Teams and Survey Monkey, etc.
* Support training leadership in planning and executing team building events
* Assist with training department issues, as assigned
* Assist with internal and external communication, as assigned
* Perform special projects as assigned by the Corporate Training Team Lead
* Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
* Able to work overtime

*Required Qualifications*
* One to two years of related mortgage and/or training coordination experience
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral for or via DRH applications
* Proficiency with MS Office and email* *
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Degree from a two or four year college or university
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
