About the Position:

Hiring for a Licensed Customs Broker to act as the qualifying license holder. You will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are met and providing an excellent standard of customer service. Also maintain a presence with customers to ensure ongoing evaluation and updates of their requirements. Oversee and directly coordinate the submission of documents for Customs clearance and clearance through other regulatory agencies (ISF, FDA, TTB, USDA, etc.). Stay current with custom publications, CSMS and rulings to ensure appropriate changes are made to internal processes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Customs Broker
  • Technical proficiency in: Microsoft Office applications, web applications, ACE portal, ITACS
  • Considerable knowledge of all regulatory aspects related to importing
  • Financial skills / budgeting
  • Demonstrates personal leadership skills, team management, including developing people/customer service orientation
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
