Job Description:

Position Overview : You will help develop innovative and useful approaches for improving or expanding methodologies, models, products and services, including technically advancing the rigor of products using advanced analytical methods and structured problem-solving techniques. As a trusted team member, you will explore, develop, evaluate and/or operationalize new technologies and capabilities to improve analytical quality, technical content, presentation and delivery of targeting products. Improve business processes and reduce product cycle times, without sacrificing technical rigor or quality. Provide statistical and mathematical support to analyze and interpret a wide range of data in order to provide customer solutions. Works with various stakeholders to present and operationalize data to achieve actionable insights to drive customer strategy and decisions. Applies intermediate-level analytic capabilities to solve complex business problems from a combination of unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data.

* Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within related field and 3 - 7 years of related experience. Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, data mining, ability to develop and manipulate, and maintain databases. Demonstrated experience using COTS statistical software ("R", Python, etc.), COTS desktop software (MS Office and Access), and the Windows operating environment.

Skills/Competencies: * Minimum BS Degree from in Computer Science, Statistics or related STEM fields.

* Minimum 3 years experience scripting at an intermediate or advanced level in PYTHON and "R".

* Minimum 3 year's experience with artificial intelligence/ machine learning.

* Minimum 7 year's experience in database administration

* Minimum 7 year's experience application lifecycle management

* Experience with common data science toolkits.

* Ability to leverage a range of data sources (e.g., Web traffic, customer requests for information, survey responses, production databases, etc.) to gain an understanding of what drives a positive customer experience.

* Ability to develop mathematical algorithms and applications in response to complex requirements.

* Ability to identify systems enhancements and new capabilities, concept demonstrators, capability business cases.

* Ability to provide training as new systems and capabilities move into operational use. Must be able to take leadership roles on technical teams or consortiums.

* Strength in collaboration and teamwork within, between, and across organizational boundaries.

* Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills and an ability to work cooperatively and effectively as a team member.

* Must have or be capable of obtaining and retaining a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
